How do I determine my ring size?

One of our goals at SJ is to eliminate the hassle of having to find out measurements like ring size. We want our customers to be able to wear all our rings and on any finger! That is why we only have adjustable rings available!

What materials are your jewellery items made of?

Our jewellery items are crafted from 18 carat gold plated titanium steel, sterling silver and genuine gemstones all of which are ethically sourced.

How can I care for my jewellery to keep it looking its best?

Our jewellery pieces are made from 18 carat gold plated titanium steel. So in order to keep your jewellery pieces looking its best we recommend that you use the polishing cloth provided in your package.

What is your return policy?

Can I track my order?

Yes, all our orders come with tracking and shipping information is provided as soon as we process your order. After you place an order, be sure to keep a lookout for correspondence from us.

How long does shipping take?

Regular parcel

Victoria: 2-4 business days

Interstate: 3-6 business days

Express parcel

Victoria: 1-2 business days

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. During checkout, you can select your country for shipping options and rates.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods we accept include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.

Is my personal information secure when making a purchase?

Why does my SJ tag on the necklace tarnish?

It is common for our tag to get a bit discoloured over time as it is not made from the same material as the necklace itself. This will generally occur when it comes into frequent contact with water. This does not affect the look of your jewellery piece and to help avoid this from happening you can wipe it down with the cloth provided in our care package.

Why is there only an option to Log In and not Sign Up for a customer account?

All you need to access your order history is the email address you made your orders with! You'll get sent a one time password (OTP) to log in to your customer account and that's it!
