Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Customers are eligible to request returns for jewellery purchased from Shokhi Jewellery under the following conditions:
- The jewellery item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- All original packaging must be included with the return.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the item received.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at customercare@shokhijewellery.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Print out the return label that will be sent to email address that was used to place order
- Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.
- Shipping address and further instructions will be supplied in the email
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Shokhi Jewellery is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return process.
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1. Once it is thoroughly checked, we will process the return as follows:
- Refunds: Customers will receive a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item’s receipt.
- Exchanges: If customers wish to exchange the jewellery item for another product of equal or lesser value, they should contact Customer Support to arrange the exchange.
